Zero to Copilot Agent Hero
Zero to AI Hero isn’t just a training, it’s a focused transformation journey. This one is for advanced, licensed Copilot users who want to build on the frontier agents such as Workflow, Data Analyst and Researcher. In a single three-hour build session you bring your own use case and grounding knowledge, and leave with your own working agent on M365 Copilot, made proactive with the Workflow frontier agent. Prior prompting and grounded-AI experience is required.

The three-step journey
You bring a real use case and the knowledge to ground it. We plan it, build it with you in a hands-on session, then de-brief on monitoring and scaling.
Step 1 · Plan & setup
Setup & schedule
- A one-hour session with system owners, learning leads and the use-case owner
- We confirm licensed Copilot is on, with the organisational pin configured to best practice
- We switch on the Frontier preview experiences in the Microsoft 365 admin center, so the frontier agents (Workflow, Researcher, Analyst) are available to licensed users before general release
- Agree the schedule, nominate the use case and define success criteria
Step 2 · Build session
Zero to Agentic AI
- The basics of a grounded AI and system instruction, with security, sharing and knowledge-source decisions
- Plan an agent around the use case and grounding knowledge you bring to the room
- Build, test and fine-tune the agent, and manage its instructions and knowledge
- Make it operate proactively with the Workflow frontier agent
Step 3 · De-brief
Champion engage & next steps
- Set champion expectations, resources and empowerment plans, and stand up community portals
- Explore agent monitoring in Agent 365
- Weigh the options for a larger, governed deployment of agents
